Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, employer decisions, and your individual qualifications and effort.

The voice used in this platform's audio/text-to-speech features is an AI-generated voice clone of Christopher D. Lee's voice, created using ElevenLabs voice cloning technology, used with his consent for this platform. Audio responses you hear are AI-generated and not live recordings of a real-time conversation unless explicitly part of a paid “Ask Chris Live” session.

• Subscriptions (Basic, Plus, Premium) renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your selection) until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. You retain access to paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Promotional/discount codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of redemption and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion for future redemptions.
• "Ask Chris Live" coaching sessions are sold as a package of 4 sessions for $1,000 ($250/hour, 4-hour minimum). Sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions remaining after 12 months are forfeited.
• If you need to cancel before using all sessions in your package, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rated basis ($250 per unused session), available at any time during the 12-month validity period.
• Sessions may be rescheduled at no penalty, including in the event of a no-show — simply contact us to find a new time.

We collect account information (name, email), usage data (chat messages, resume uploads, tip sheet activity), and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your full card number). Resume content you upload is used solely to generate feedback for you and is not sold to third parties.

We use industry-standard providers (Supabase, Stripe, ElevenLabs, Anthropic) to operate the platform; your data may be processed by these providers as part of delivering the service.
